Designed by Mushan Architects, these stand out townhouses define a new modern with their sharp angular shrouds. Co-ordinating with the client and the civil contractor, site access was gained well ahead of the civil program ensuring minimal delays to the overall project time frame.
Working in collaboration with another builder, Eastwood was split contract for Saw Constructions to complete the townhouse component.

In a prime location these townhouses exemplify the modern medium density townhouse. After some challenges with delays construction has begun and we look forward to seeing these come out of the ground. We co-ordinated with our client and the civil contractor (as they experienced delays) to gain site access and commence construction of the townhouses well ahead of the civil program ensuring minimal delays to the overall project time frame.
