Working in collaboration with the developer, we split this site into 2 stages due to unprecedented civil delays to achieve early settlements to the first group of homeowners. Stage 1 consists of 16 townhouses and stage 2 consists of the remaining 44.
Utilizing prefabricated shrouds, we were able to achieve the designed intent with the additional stability traditional framed shrouds lacked.

Working in collaboration with Platinum Developers, we split this site into 2 stages due to unprecedented civil delays to achieve early settlements to the first group of homeowners. Stage 1 consists of 16 townhouses and stage 2 consists of the remaining 44. We have explored different methods of construction such as prefabricated foam shrouds to achieve the designed intent of the facade without compromising on the timeline. Stage 1 commenced in March 2019 with a forecasted practical completion in April 2020.
