With low-maintenance living in mind, Saw Constructions were contracted to complete the design & construction for stages 2 & 3 for the Westlea development. With home owners and investors in mind, materials were selected to be minimal maintenance and cost efficient.
Practical completion dates were also brought forward earlier with both stages 2 & 3 being handed over together.

Saw Constructions is completing construction in 2 stages with the first stage expected to hand over in February 2020 and the second stage in March 2020.
